Be bold enough to be yourself so when you walk in any room, you change your surroundings! So often we allow our surroundings to dictate how we are going to feel on a daily basis which is NOT a good thing. Here are 5 tips to find your sweet spot and stay there!
1- Speak It!
As soon as you wake up, begin speaking positive affirmations over your life. A great place for you to write down your statements are on a postcard on your bathroom mirror. While you are washing your face and doing your make up, you are establishing your day. Your words have life!
2- Find That ‘Good Mood’ Song
On your walk from your train to your office (or drive into work) blast that one song that puts you in your happy place. For me, its pretty much anything with a great beat…primarily Cee-lo Green or Black Eye Peas. Whatever it is for you, crank it up!!
3- Eat Something Great
Treat yourself to something you would love to eat. Whether its a natural smoothie or a chocolate candy bar…allow yourself to have a taste of something great.
4- Take Time To Dance To Your Own Song
Zone out for a second and live in your own world. Dive into your own imagination and let your dreams run wild. If you take a second to remind yourself of where you’re going… your energy will show thru.
5- Have Faith
As you continue to increase your faith you eventually get to a point where nothing can negatively impact your mood. Your faith is your strongest weapon…build it up!
