Jewelry designer Amanda Assad Mounser is has created one of our favorite jewelry lines, Assad Mounser. The line began in 2009 and has already received major attention. Purple Magazine, i-D, Vogue Japan, Vogue Italia, Nylon and W Magazine are just a few of the publications that credited Assad Mounser. Assad Mounser was also nominated in 2009 as one of Italian Vogue’s “New Talents”. Check out why:
Before starting her own line, Amanda Assad Mounser worked in the fashion industry for Moschino and Alejandro Ingelmo. Amanda mixes organic materials with heavy chains and spikes. She names her inspirations as Iggy Pop, David Bowie, Brian Eno and The Rollingstones. We love how she took 1970s glam rock to the next level. We are excited to see what she has next!
