We know guys turn instantly dumb when it comes to our assets (it’s a fact…google it). But tell me this, would you be happy getting where you want to be by using your assets? I know there will be a lot of “Well, if you got it, flaunt it” But really, if you took sex out of the equation,would the people who are actually talented get a better shot at ‘making it’?

Lets take a look at our ‘celebs’ today. Would Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, or Kim Kardashian be relevant? Answer honestly. They are all good at what they do. That’s not the question. But would Rihanna have ever been signed? What would be the use of Kim? And would anyone watch a Nicki Minaj video?

I’ll answer the questions… ‘No’

But now that we know that. Do we care? Will sex always be the driving force in whatever we do? (Especially in the fashion/entertainment industries)

I often wonder if  there a more talented female rapper out there who would captivate a nation with her skills but can’t get off the ground because she doesn’t have an ass? An actress who is a true chameleon with amazing scripts she wrote herself.  Does the Lauryn Hill for this generation even have a shot of getting on the radio?

I wonder, whats the use of a girl who dreams who refuses to use sex to get ahead?

Is a talented female useless without her sex appeal? 

I think you all already know that I wish everyone looked beyond ‘sex’ to see talent. But I want to hear your two cents, because things only continue because you buy into it.
