Certain music collaborations truly amp up the style. The first one that comes to mind is Eve and Gwen Stefani. But we found a few more artists whose musical collaborations have had an influence on style. Check them out:

These “Rich Girls” created a great Hip-Rock style that was the perfect blend. I know we all secretly wished they’d continue to make music together throughout the years. But at least Gwen is resurfacing and hey, we will take what we can get!

Missy and Aaliyah were a perfect match in the recording studio. The duo influenced each others’ style. Missy took on a ‘supa dupa fly’ approach to style, while Aaliyah got a little more ‘gangsta’ with it. They had an amazing, dynamic, and wonderful style!

When Carlos Santana combined with Matchbox 20…it was a super “Smooth” mix. Rob amped up his ‘flavor’ and Carlos got a tad bit more ‘rock’. Their styles collided on the same NY City street in Spanish Harlem in a music video that makes you want to get up and dance.

Busta Rhymes and Janet Jackson seemed like an odd pair, but this futuristic video let both of their styles shine. Busta showcased his wild side and Janet found a whole new way to express her sex appeal.
