“Once Upon A Pedestal” The Melodrama!
Once upon a pedestal there lived a soon-to-be Princess bored with her life of routine. She longed for her Prince Charming but had no clue how to find him. Where would he come from?…
One day she decided to dress up in the role she always wanted to be. And she sat waiting and waiting by her phone hoping that he would miraculously give her a call.
“Maybe its the shoes?” She thought. Must have been the shoes.
Possibly the gown was too much? She considered switching into a new skirt.
OMG, it seemed like too much for her to handle. She couldn’t figure out what to wear. And that pesky cat just was NOT helping. She put her face in her hand in complete frustration. How would she ever afford this amazing house and these amazing clothes she purchased waiting for her Prince to arrive?
Ok…she found some inspiration. She decided to create her outfit around this one pair of earrings. Something colorful would attract him, and allow her to stand out from the crowd.
She came up with a vintage fab look full of color and luxury. Oh, and she dyed her hair red.
Ahh…maybe she should have picked these earrings. Because he never came. And she was left alone…with her pedestal.
