Former Miss USA Beauty Contestant and Miss Pennsylvania, Sheena Monin, reportedly owes the Miss Universe Organization $5 million in damages after the pageant organization won a defamation lawsuit. The lawsuit came after Monin wrote on Facebook that she witnessed another contestant who said she “saw the list of the Top 5 BEFORE THE SHOW EVER STARTED.” The pageant organization sued for $5 million… and won! In a twist, Monin recently posted on her Facebook that, according to her father, the pageant has a clause in the contract that says it will “have the legal right to choose the top five and winner…irrespective of any publicized selection process.”

Well, they did say being beautiful isn’t cheap!
