Why Is Negativity So Appealing?

Posted in: Life

People are attracted to negativity. This notion has always angered me. Even as a child I noticed that the wild, angry, aggressive boy received the most attention. And the girl who was sassy, loud, and outspoken was considered to be “cute”. This trend never seemed to end.

You ever notice how people walk toward a commotion and not away from it?

Or how all traffic comes to a crawl so people can get a glimpse, just one glimpse, of the wreck?

The loud, brash, rude girl has the largest following people because people like people who are ‘blunt’…or is it that they like the negativity?

Whatever the case, I can’t seem to escape the fact that people like negativity. That idea never gets easier to understand.

We should change that.

MOSAMUSE has decided to honor people who YOU think are doing something amazing. Send in your stories to MOSAMUSE@gmail.com, and lets spread some positivity.

Lets make people “Almost Famous”

Thanks Ladies!

i’m just like you. i despise negative people. i try my best everyday to think positively, encourage others and lift people up. however, you still have people that get a kick out of saying and doing negative things. they LIVE for it! they THRIVE off of it! i consider them miserable.
