Louis Vuitton’s Creative Director, Marc Jacobs, meets with Yayoi Kusama. Well, let’s be honest, their managers had a meeting first. Probably after a lower level staff gave the suggestion. But who cares…they met! And he probably complimented her on these pieces of art:

Needless to say, her journey was absolutely WORTH IT! We are BUYING IT! She opened her palm and blew amazing polkadots into the world of high fashion! And maybe, just maybe, she single handedly revived a boring segment of the market. Young ladies will be eating Ramen Noodles for weeks to snatch up some of these designs. And the campaign…flawless!
